Returns Policy

48 HOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: With the exception of a custom order, customer can return the purchased item within 48 hours of receiving it. (Custom Order is defined as anything NOT IN STOCK so therefore special ORDERED).

On any return, customer will be responsible for ALL shipping/handling charges (both ways) and a 10% re-stocking fee. Item must be returned in exactly the same condition as when it was shipped out.

50% cancelation fee will be applied to any ordered product that delivery is refused on. No cancellations or refunds are allowed on custom orders or on layaways.
